Christmas hampers
Every year the Foundation collects food and prepares Christmas hampers for families in need in Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier. In 2024-2025, more than $15,200 worth of food was distributed through the hampers.

Every year, the Foundation turns the community's generosity into concrete help for the people who need it most.
Year-round food assistance
Ongoing support through grocery gift cards and food for people in need. In 2024-2025, more than $70,000 was invested in year-round food assistance.
Support to community housing
Contributions to meals, activities, Christmas gifts and the Christmas tea for residents. Ongoing projects: a gazebo and an accessible shower for people with reduced mobility.
School and family support
Help with school supplies, diapers and activity fees (swimming lessons, for example) for families in need, in partnership with local schools.
Support for seniors
Contributions to meals and activities at the seniors' residence and support for the collective kitchens.
Community gardens
Support for setting up and sustaining community gardens in Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier.

Sound management
A fully volunteer Board of Directors, books kept up to date and financial statements presented at every annual general meeting, in accordance with our general by-laws and the Companies Act.
